FILM vs. BOOK

Claim: It is untrue to assume reading books are an active action, and watching movies are a passive action.

Reason:Although, when watching a movie you don not have to use your imagination like you do when reading, your brain is still being used and stimulated.

Evidence: Using brain to depict situations, analyze characters, observe what characters are thinking and feeling.

  1. You make a good argument with your claim. Maybe think about who your audience is and figure out how to make the argument for them. For more evidence you could potentially explain how the brain is being used when watching a movie and how it is used when reading a book and explain the differences.
